Could you thrive within a fast-paced team in a professional environment? We are currently looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with a great customer focus to join our team providing services for some of the most prestigious boats available.
Darthaven Marina is located in the stunning South Hams countryside, surrounded by rolling hills and in a truly tranquil setting. Our impressive 270 berth marina and boatyard has grown over the past 30 years and we pride ourselves in the first-class service all our teams provide to our berth holders, visitors and customers.

Working in one of the South West's most beautiful settings, you will have the chance to contribute to the day-to-day running of the service side of our stunning marina.
What will I be doing?
As a Service Co-ordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers to access our in-house boat-lifting, engineering, electrical and shipwright services along with third-party agencies who work on our site. You will manage a wide range of duties, often with tight deadlines. You will take instructions from customers and colleagues, by telephone, email, and in-person. In doing this, you will need to prompt for all relevant information, giving guidance to our customers as necessary with the support of our technical teams. You will also liaise with third parties carrying out work on our behalf. You will raise works Instructions and produce estimates using Sage CRM, assign tasks to our teams, monitor progress of works all whilst keeping our customers informed in a professional manner throughout. You will handle customer card payments including taking deposits.
