Our impressive 270 berth marina has grown over the past 30 years, and we continue to pride ourselves in the first-class service we provide to our berth holders, visitors and customers. Were currently looking for a Parts Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis and deliver a first-class service to customers. As a Parts Assistant, youll deliver a high-quality service to customers in person and through telephone, email and online channels. Supporting our appointed dealership brands, you will work with Volvo Penta, Suzuki Marine, Yanmar and Williams Jet Tenders, among other associated engine and outboard brands. You will also be responsible for accurate stock picking, our stock management system (Sage 200), dispatching the appropriate parts to customers and, above all, providing an exceptional customer experience. What do I need? xdjnayx To join us as a Parts Assistant, youll need: - Proven experience in parts or retail, preferably in the maritime or automotive industries - Knowledge of marine or automotive engineering parts, accessories, and equipment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Working knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office - A full, manual driving licence - At a minimum, A-Levels (or equivalent) Other organisations may call this role Marine Parts Assistant, Marine Parts Advisor, Parts Advisor, Stock Assistant, Parts Co-ordinator, or Stores Assistant.
