Main duties of this role will include (but not limited to): Manage a calendar for scheduling face fit testing lessons and PPE training and audits Manage appointments and attendance for face fit testing and training using Engage (organisational learning platform) Use the Mandatory and Statutory Training (MAST) tracker and Engage to gather and analyse data Input face fit test results in to a departmental spreadsheet and keep it up to date and accurate Maintain a system for how many staff have a pass on each type of FFP3 mask Maintain a working relationship with procurement to ensure that there is an adequate supply of FFP3 masks for fit testing Develop and maintain a system for reusable RPE masks/hoods and filters Promote Face Fit testing at staff induction events and promotional campaigns Please see attached job description for more information.
