Dartford Grammar School for Girls is an 11-18 selective girls' school with a mixed Sixth Form. We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, positive and ambitious Operations Director to play a key role in the further development of the school as a centre of excellence for teaching, learning and leadership. As an Ofsted Outstanding school, we are determined to provide an exceptional, world-class learning environment for all members of our school community.
The successful applicant will lead and manage the school support functions, namely premises, administration, ICT and health & safety, and will join an extremely hardworking, committed and supportive staff team. As currently the only school in our multi-academy Trust, the Operations Director will also take on the role of Chief Operations Officer for the Trust and will be an important member of our Extended Senior Leadership Team.
This post provides an exceptional opportunity to make a significant difference for the benefit of our whole school community. Dartford Grammar School for Girls is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
