The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
The post-holder will work in Queen Mary\βs Hospital, Theatres, with responsibilities including the assessment and development of programmes of care, monitoring standards of care, and supervising multidisciplinary clinical staff and learners.
Key duties include assisting the Anaesthetist, participating within the Multidisciplinary team, and providing expert, holistic care to perioperative patients and their relatives under Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.
The post involves taking direct responsibility for the clinical area in the absence of or as delegated by the Departmental Coordinator or Clinical leader, and assisting in the leadership and development of practitioners within the unit. The role also includes acting as a clinical resource across the division, serving as a role model to junior staff, participating in on-call rotas or cross-site working, and performing other duties as required by the Trust.
We are seeking Theatre Practitioners with previous anaesthetic experience. Candidates must hold a UK qualification or equivalent conversion, demonstrate good communication skills, and have an understanding of governance requirements in the theatre environment.
