What You’ll Do
- Support strategy, transformation and advisory engagements across digital, data, technology, AI and operating model topics
- Develop a clear understanding of client goals, challenges and context, and help translate that into structured analysis and practical recommendations
- Carry out research, analysis and synthesis to support problem definition, option assessment and decision-making
- Prepare clear, accurate and well-structured slides, papers, reports and briefings
- Support stakeholder interviews, workshops and working sessions
- Help manage project activity, including actions, milestones, risks and dependencies
Business Growth
- Contribute to Darter’s internal IP, methods and thought leadership
- Support proposals and business development activity where relevant
- Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute positively to the team
What We’re Looking For
You are a strong consultant with good fundamentals, sound judgement and a high standard of work. You are comfortable working in ambiguity, able to think clearly, and motivated by producing work that is useful, credible and well considered.
Key Skills and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in strategy, management, digital, transformation or technology consulting, or a closely related advisory role
- Experience supporting or delivering work such as strategy development, transformation planning, stakeholder engagement, workshop delivery, analysis, or project management
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical ability
- Clear writing and communication, with the ability to explain complex material simply and appropriately for the audience
- Good stakeholder skills and the ability to build credible working relationships
- Good organisation and delivery discipline
- Curiosity & knowledge about digital, data, technology and AI
- Defence, government or wider public sector experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be able to hold UK Security Clearance
