What you will be doing as a Production Operative
Setting up and starting production lines for all products
- You will make adjustments and fine‑tuning of equipment if required
- Ensure all production targets are met and exceeded where possible
- You will ensure all work activities are performed in a safe manner
- You will carry out quality checks on the production lines and ensure smooth running of the lines.
- Ensure all workstations are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and follow all hygiene rules
About you
- You will be nimble fingered and dextrous due to small parts
- Literate & Numerate
- Own Transport desirable due to location and shifts
- Production/manufacturing experience preferred
- You will live local or have own transport due to limited public transport links to the factory - essential
What’s in it for you
- £12.21 per hour rising to £12.71 in April
- Rotating, weekly shift pattern including nights (flexible)
