Job Summary

The HR Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the HR team by providing efficient administrative support and ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • Support the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees, directing them to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Monitor employee absence, holidays, and timekeeping records.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, inductions, and other HR-related events.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations by updating policies and practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis for HR metrics as needed.
  • Assist monthly Payroll Change Information Process.
  • Previous administrative experience (HR experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not required.

Working Hours

  • 07:30 -16:15: Monday-Thursday
  • 07:30-16:00: Fridays
  • (Every other Friday is a non-working day)
