Key responsibilities:

  • Operate in compliance with health & safety guidelines.
  • Maintain clean and tidy work areas.
  • Follow and understand technical drawings, SOP’s and Process specifications.
  • Check, mark‑up and lift nylon on liners.
  • Operating a RF welder.
  • Use different adhesives and lacquer to bond fittings and Kevlar.
  • Prepare and fit tanks into Media/ICY.
  • Strip and rebuild of jiffy’s/formers.
  • Lacquer and stencil tanks.
  • Recording production data/information as required.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and follow technical documents and instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good manual dexterity for detailed tasks.

Desirable experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
