F.P.T. Industries, part of DART Aerospace, is growing and looking for motivated Production Operatives to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Portsmouth. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a structured, safety-focused aerospace environment supporting the production of mission-critical aircraft systems used worldwide. No aerospace experience is required - full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manufacturing and assembling aerospace components
- Following technical drawings, SOPs, and work instructions
- Using hand tools, machinery, adhesives, and production equipment
- Inspecting products to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Working as part of a collaborative production team
