What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead with influence, setting a high standard for collaboration, accountability, and performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and follow-up and offering tailor-made proposals.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management where negotiation and relationship-building were key.
- Ability to manage customer or supplier accounts and create win-win outcomes.
- Good financial understanding - pricing, margins, risk management.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Background in aerospace or technical industries.
Education:
A degree in Business, Aerospace, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields is preferred - but equivalent experience is welcome.
