Logistics Team Leader | Aerospace Manufacturing in Hampshire, Portsmouth

Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment? At DART Aerospace - F.P.T. Industries, we're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth flow of materials that support the production of mission-critical aerospace products.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate a team of logistics and dispatch operators.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and internal material flows.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP transactions are completed correctly.
• Support production by maintaining efficient line feeding and stock availability.
• Champion health & safety, quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop team capability through coaching and cross-training.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience leading a logistics or warehouse team in manufacturing (aerospace experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
• A Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
