Darryl Snow photography is seeking a talented and creative Photographer/floor planner to join our dynamic team. Working predominantly in property marketing as well as interior design, the job role will involve creating professional and engaging property photography to our London based clients, as well as floor plans. The role will involve working on various shoots daily, creating engaging imagery for marketing as well as photo editing.
Previous real estate photography/floor plan experience of at least 5 years will be required, as well as a strong passion for the role and industry is a must!
*Responsibilities*
* Capture high-quality photographs for various projects
* Edit and retouch images using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
* Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
* Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve photography skills and output
* Represent Darryl Snow Photography at content shoots, must remain professional and friendly
* Produce neat and attentive floor plans
* Working with clients with a brief to produce the best possible image outcomes
*Experience*
* Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and subjects.
* Proficiency in photo editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
* Experience in social media management is desirable, with an understanding of how to create content that drives engagement.
* Must be creative and forward thinking
* A great communicator and happy to work with people
* Digitally savvy and a passion for creating cutting edge marketing material
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Must be organised, have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Must be able to floor plan to a high standard
* Experience of using drones to capture content will be desirable
