The ideal candidate will be registered with a recognised professional body, such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
They will have experience working with young people within a school setting and demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting safe working practices and safeguarding.
The successful candidate will consistently display a positive, calm, and approachable manner when working with both young people and adults.
They will possess excellent emotional self-management skills, enabling them to remain professional and effective in challenging situations.
They will be able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people and work in accordance with relevant professional and ethical standards.
