About the Opportunity<\/b>
<\/p>
This role is designed for graduates who already have a strong interest in AI and want to apply their knowledge in real business settings.
<\/p>
You will work with an SME in Wales to help identify practical AI opportunities, support implementation of useful tools and help staff build confidence with new ways of working.
<\/p>
You will be trained and supported to work as a Graduate AI Consultant, helping businesses understand where AI can add value and how it can be used responsibly.

What You Will Be Doing<\/b>
<\/p>
Depending on the needs of the business you are matched with, you may support work such as:
<\/p>
- Reviewing current business processes and identifying where AI could improve efficiency
<\/li> - Mapping workflows and spotting repetitive, manual or document -heavy tasks
<\/li> - Researching and comparing AI tools that could support the business
<\/li> - Helping design small AI adoption pilots linked to real business needs
<\/li> - Producing simple recommendations for managers in plain, practical language
<\/li> - Supporting responsible AI use, including data privacy, human review and quality control
<\/li> - Helping the business build confidence with AI without overcomplicating the process
<\/li><\/ul>Who We Are Looking For<\/b>
<\/p>We are looking for recent graduates who can show more than a basic understanding of AI and how it can be used in practice.
<\/p>You may be a good fit if you:
<\/p>- Have studied a relevant subject such as computer science, data science, science, business, engineering, marketing, technology, mathematics, economics or another relevant discipline
<\/li> - Have practical experience using AI tools for study, work, projects or personal learning
<\/li> - Understand the importance of using AI responsibly and safely
<\/li> - Are curious about how businesses work
<\/li> - Can explain technical ideas in clear, simple language
<\/li> - Are confident asking questions and learning from others

You will develop consultancy -style skills, learn how SMEs make decisions and help a business in Wales take practical steps towards becoming more productive, cutting -edge and globally competitive.
