About the Role

This is an entry-level role designed for a recent graduate who wants to learn fast, get stuck in, and make a genuine impact. You’ll work across recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, employer support, business development, and events — gaining exposure to all areas of the business while developing valuable commercial and people skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Graduate recruitment campaigns and candidate outreach
  • Screening CVs and supporting interviews and assessment processes
  • Supporting careers events and outreach activity
  • Researching employers, roles, and sectors across Wales
  • Using CRM systems to manage candidate and employer data
  • Growing our portfolio of clients through business development activities

This is a learning role — we don’t expect you to know everything already and we will invest in your learning and development. We’re open to graduates from any degree discipline.

We’re especially keen to hear from you if you:

  • Are curious, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Enjoy working with people and communicating clearly
  • Are organised and comfortable juggling different tasks
  • Care about graduate careers and the future of Wales

The Details

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

15% commission

Hybrid working: remote with one day a week at our Cardiff office

Flexible start date: open to graduates who are available immediately or undergraduates available to start summer 2026
