This role will have the opportunity for hybrid and flexible working, with a requirement to work on site as required. The Systems Safety Engineering Graduate will undertake a 22-month defined programme that blends engineering assurance, system safety assurance, engineering management and industry experience.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering (BEng preferable).
- Knowledge of the key roles under Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and how they influence project activities.
- Understanding of the importance of safety in the context of engineering and the transportation sector.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You’ll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.
You will be required to undertake a Personal Track Safety Medical to determine fitness for the role. Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We’re not currently able to provide sponsorship.
Welsh Language Skills: We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it’s not essential for this role.
