Lanyon Bowdler have an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Agricultural and Commercial Property Team based at our North Wales offices, in Conwy. They are recognised as a Leading Firm by Chambers UK and Legal 500 and they strive daily to provide their clients with the best possible service. They are a friendly, driven and ambitious team and welcome applications from like-minded individuals as they continue to grow their North Wales presence, working closely with other offices.
The post holder will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative and be able to maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.
You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word including the use of tracked changes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have worked within a Commercial Property Team or in a similar role within a law firm, and used electronic document management/case management systems, be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment, along with good organisational and time management skills.
