Role Description
This role requires you to work closely with a Partner in delivering a first‑class service to our clients and managing varied portfolios.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent account management support across the department and business, building and continuing long standing relationships with clients ensuring that you become a trusted advisor and actively contribute towards the success of their businesses.
You will be working on a range of clients (sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies) to provide a high-quality tax, accountancy and VAT service with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (e. g., ACA, ACCA) and five years post‑qualification experience in practice
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising teams, coaching colleagues, and managing performance.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and build long‑term trust.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Competence with accounting and practice management software, strong general IT skills, and openness to adopting new digital tools.
