We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager — no prior experience required! Overview

As a Trainee Property Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff, you will receive extensive training and the opportunity for career progression within the property management field.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Driving requirements

  • You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
