Overview
As a Trainee Property Manager at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff, you will receive extensive training and the opportunity for career progression within the property management field.
Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Driving requirements
