- Five (5) years nursing experience preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Screening
- Maintain health records
- Follow‑up/Counseling/Referral
- Education of students and staff
- Health room/emergency care
- Community services
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records of program service delivery
- On‑going program assessment and evaluation
- Perform other duties as assigned
