Qualifications
- Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver's License
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities
- Positive employment history preferred
- SLED/criminal background review required
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Job Duties
- Provide general maintenance of the grounds within the school district
- Perform yard duties in order to maintain the school grounds in an attractive condition (i.e. grass cutting, trimming shrubs, etc.)
- Keeps grounds free from trash and rubbish
- Maintain building and premises (i.e. sidewalks, driveways, play areas) clean and neat at all times
- Report any necessary major repairs and/or damage of district property
- Provide assistance in other maintenance areas as assigned
- Perform other related duties as required, as well as all other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Copy of 10 year Driving Record issued from SCDMV
