Darlington College is seeking a Placement Coach to join the Placement Team within the Marketing and Engagement team. The post-holder will assess students in preparation for placement and during placement, source and secure placements, and maintain strong employer relationships.
You will liaise with curriculum teams, advocate for the college, input reviews into records, and support students through coaching, feedback, and development of English, maths and digital skills while on placement.
