DARLINGTON COLLEGE is seeking an Apprenticeship Coach to support, coach and assess apprentices toward achieving an apprenticeship standard. You will plan, train and assess in the workplace, ensuring progression toward gateway and readiness for End Point Assessment.
Responsibilities include coaching a caseload of 30–45 apprentices, creating initial training plans, and conducting regular reviews with employers to evidence progress and compliance with standards.
