Purpose of JobTo work as part of the commercial catering division, Academy catering, providing quality catering and support services to customers throughout the College facilities.2. Principle AccountabilitiesTo perform work as required by the Catering Services Co-ordinator in any area of operation e.g. Students Centre, Bistro, Restaurant, Central Stores, Retail Shop and to include any of the following duties:-a) Preparation of simple food items e.g. sandwiches, chips, etc.b) Service of food to customers.c) Working on tills.d) Setting up and restocking service counters.e) Filling vending machines, as required.f) Washing up in appropriate areas.g) Washing of pots and pans where needed.h) Assisting in clearing and cleaning of tables in dining areas where appropriate.i) Cleaning utensils, equipment and surfaces in accordance with Academy Catering Health and Safety Policies.j) Collection, sorting and delivery of linen / laundry to all areas of catering facility.k) Delivering food / beverages throughout the College.l) To support College policies, procedures and quality assurance systemsm) To perform such other duties commensurate with the grade of the post as required by your Line Manager### Attachments### Safeguarding Statement:Child protection is the responsibility of all staff.
