Darlington Learning and Skills Service is a highly performing adult and community learning provider. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and committed professional to develop, deliver and assess a range of programmes for our, but not limited to, 16–18-year-old Study Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and deliver accredited and non-accredited learning programmes for learners aged 16-19 and adult learners.
- Develop innovative programmes to inspire learners to progress onto further learning, training, employment and volunteering.
- Take responsibility for increasing participation among groups who traditionally have low participation in learning.
- Work with a wide range of learners, including the most vulnerable.
- Coordinate programmes and work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with a wide range of learners, including vulnerable groups.
- Experience coordinating programmes is desirable.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
