Overview

Fixed Term Contract September 2025 – 31st August 2026 (Term Time Only).

Salary: NJC Band 2 Scale Point 4 – £24,404 Pro-rata.

Hours: 37 hours per week. Weeks: 46 per year.

About the role

The HHPS family wish to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working Classroom Support Assistant. Candidates will need to possess both initiative and sensitivity and be proven effective team members.

This post will involve supporting the care and welfare of children within the school and assisting with maintaining a safe environment for pupils, including working on a one-to-one basis with children with SEND needs.

You must have the ability to work independently and to communicate both orally and in writing to a range of audiences. An ability to engage with children and enthusiasm for working with children will be essential.
