We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled, and motivated individual to join our Housing ICT Team as a Systems Administrator.

This role provides vital support to our operational services and helps to drive digital improvement across Housing Services.

Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will take a leading role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT systems that support our housing services.

A key element of the role is driving continual improvement by identifying how technology can enhance service delivery, improve customer journeys, and support organisational change.

The successful candidate will help ensure system developments align with the Council's Customer Services and Digital Strategy.

As System Administrator, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Housing Services systems portfolio and work closely with both Housing Services colleagues and the Council's wider Corporate ICT teams.

Experience of working with housing management systems such as MRI Enterprise, MRI Asset Management, Accu Serv Repairs, or Rent Sense would be advantageous, although training can be provided and these systems are not essential requirements.
