Darlington Borough Council is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded property professional to lead on strategic development and regeneration projects that deliver real benefits for our communities.
You will work with landowners, developers, public sector partners and local stakeholders to bring forward key development opportunities, negotiate complex property agreements and manage partnerships from inception to completion.
