The predicted salary is between 26403 - 26824 € per year.

You will join the team responsible for providing high quality advice to our Benefits, Council Tax & Business Rates customers on the telephone, face to face at the Town Hall and via correspondence.

Qualifications

You should have approximately 1 year of recent experience of working with customers in a busy and challenging environment. You should have a confident but sensitive approach to customers, be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, be numerate, liaise effectively with external agencies and have experience using computers.
