The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will be a time served Plumber/Heating Engineer: NVQ Level 2 or 3, City and Guilds or equivalent and have a CSCS Registration or be able to meet the criteria for a skilled worker card. You would be expected to have experience as a Plumber within repairs and maintenance and also in legionella monitoring and legislation and risk assessing hot and cold water systems. You would also have experience in commercial plumbing systems in public buildings and leisure centres.
