Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to recruit 2 x Planner & Administration Officers to join an established team within Housing Maintenance.

1 x 37-hour post worked over 5 days (Monday – Friday)

1 x 22-hour post worked over 3 days (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

Note: The role is eligible for the Council\’s flexi scheme, but the team operates on a rota basis covering hours between 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with tenants, agencies, suppliers, and internal customers to schedule housing repairs.
  • Communicating appointment details and changes with tenants, trade operatives, and staff.
  • Providing prompt, high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and digital channels.
