Responsibilities
Demonstrate, install, and monitor assistive technology for residents in their homes, responding to emergency calls as necessary.
Maintain accurate records in databases and Microsoft Office applications, adhering to GDPR requirements.
Provide compassionate, clear communication to a broad range of audiences, demonstrating a calm and caring nature in a fast‑paced environment.
Organise and prioritise tasks, work flexibly and adapt dynamically to changing circumstances.
Support older and vulnerable residents, drawing on customer‑facing experience, to encourage independence and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
Enhanced DBS check with Adult Barred List.
Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably with older or vulnerable individuals.
Good knowledge of databases, Microsoft Office, and GDPR compliance.

- Thursday 19:30 – 06:00 (10 hrs, 30 min unpaid break)
- Friday 21:15 – 07:45 (10 hrs, 30 min unpaid break)
- Saturday 21:15 – 07:45 (10 hrs, 30 min unpaid break)
- Sunday 21:15 – 07:45 (10 hrs, 30 min unpaid break)
