The predicted salary is between 32061 - 34434 £ per year.

On a one-year fixed-term contract as an HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring the correct application of HR processes. You will provide generalist HR support to employees and managers, advising on policy, best practice, and employment legislation.

In addition, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of the HR Support Team, helping to coordinate workloads, provide guidance, and support the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused HR service. The HR Officer will be an integral part of the HR Team and will assist HR Advisors with all aspects of HR administration, from organising training sessions to supporting the preparation of hearing packs for casework. There will also be opportunities to contribute to and support HR projects and policy development.

The role would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical, and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer-focused skills, together with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience of coordinating or supervising colleagues would be advantageous.

This position offers a great opportunity to join a driven and experienced team and would be ideal for a recent graduate or an HR Administrator with solid HR support experience looking to broaden their knowledge and experience, including gaining valuable people management and leadership skills.
