Employer Engagement Officer (Ref: POS001291)

Salary £32,061 - £34,434 (Salary Band £30,001 to £40,000) • Post Type Permanent • Hours Per Week Full time

Responsibilities

Promote work placements and secure employers for the 16‑18 Study Programme and Apprenticeships, and promote and maintain attendance of learners in education.

Develop, coordinate and support work placements to meet learner needs and source employers for apprenticeship opportunities.

Develop employer engagement placements to inspire learners to undertake and increase participation in vocationally focused work placements.

Monitor and report on learner attendance at both work placements and in the education setting.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience working with a wide range of learners, including the most vulnerable, and working independently and as part of a team.

Experience of employer engagement would be an advantage.
