The role of a Management Plus Officer is to carry out housing management duties in Darlington and the surrounding villages, in close liaison and in partnership with tenants, residents, members, other sections and departments including voluntary and statutory organisations to promote and develop inclusive and sustainable communities.
Applicants will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent organisation skills and will need to be able to communicate confidently with members of the public. Experience in Tenancy Management and Housing Enforcement is preferable but not essential
