Salary £12.85 per hour. Salary Band £10,001 to £20,000. Post Type: Casual / Seasonal / Bank / Permanently. Variable hours. Hours Per Week: As and when required.
Based at the Dolphin Centre as part of the Front of House Team, this role thrives in a fast‑paced environment and requires excellent customer service skills. You will support the 150 seat Bistro, 16 Horsemarket Café, Soft Play and Bowling catering areas and upcoming 9-hole golf course, shuffleboard and interactive darts catering area.
Responsibilities
- Take orders via POS till system.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables.
- Wash up and keep all catering areas clean and presentable.
- Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and food and bar service for events.
- Stock, refill confectionary vendors and set rooms.
- Support opening of new catering areas.
Shifts generally run from 7.30am to 10.30pm (sometimes later for events), primarily evening and weekends. Rotas are finalised with a week or more notice.
Qualifications
- Aged 18 and over (required for licensed premises).
