Responsibilities:
- Promote work placements and secure employers for the 16‑18 Study Programme and Apprenticeships, and promote and maintain attendance of learners in education.
- Develop, coordinate and support work placements to meet learner needs and source employers for apprenticeship opportunities.
- Develop employer engagement placements to inspire learners to undertake and increase participation in vocationally focused work placements.
- Monitor and report on learner attendance at both work placements and in the education setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working with a wide range of learners, including the most vulnerable, and working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience of employer engagement would be an advantage.
