Darlington Educational Psychology Service is a highly regarded, creative and forward‑thinking team of Educational Psychologists. Responsibilities:
- Deliver and support our thriving traded service, working with schools to consult, supervise, develop professional development workshops, assess and intervene.
- Write high‑quality statutory advice for the Local Authority and support schools and parents/carers to implement provision for best outcomes.
- Participate in EPS projects and wider strategic initiatives, promoting inclusion through relational practices and evidence‑based approaches.
- Access professional supervision and team support, and maintain proximity to the team throughout the role.
Qualifications:
- Registered Educational Psychologist or expected post‑qualification registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Experience ranging from experienced professionals, early‑career staff, to final‑year trainees in September 2026.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational skills, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously under high expectations and with a high level of professional autonomy.
