Darlington Borough Council are looking to recruit for a Customer Services Advisor (17.5 hours per week).

Have you got what it takes to act as a customer advocate, providing excellent service to all customers and visitors contacting the Council?

Do you want to be a part of a friendly, highly motivated team, providing advice to customers, resolving as many enquiries as possible at the first point of contact, in line with relevant Legislation and Council Policies?
