To coordinate the provision of teaching cover (and break and classroom support cover) in both primary and secondary phases of the school. To organise replacement cover as and when required by examining internal resources and liaising with the Cover Supervisors, as well as contacting designated supply agencies as required. To act as a Cover Supervisor as and when required.

Qualifications
- Experience of managing pupils, ideally across varying ages, in an education setting.
- Behaviour management skills and experience.
- Good understanding of the curriculum.
- Working knowledge of management information systems (e.g. Arbor) and timetabling.
- Some people-management experience.
- Organised individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Contract Details
- Term-time only, 42.5 hours per week (7.30 am – 4.30 pm, Monday-Friday, 37 weeks).
- Salary: £28,506 (Grade F) – £30,024 (FTE) with progression.
