The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

You will join the team responsible for providing high quality advice to our Benefits, Council Tax & Business Rates customers on the telephone, face to face at the Town Hall and via correspondence. To manage both staff and processes involved in the collection and recovery of Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) and Benefit overpayments, ensuring excellent standards of operations and performance.

You should have approximately 3 years recent experience of working in Benefits and/or Local Taxation services. If you hold an Institute of Rating Revenues and Valuation Technician qualification or are educated to NVQ Level 3 in a related field please note this on your application; however, these qualifications are desirable for the post.
