The Welcome Manager team are the face of Hopetown Darlington. Delivering exceptional customer service, you will need to be energetic with an outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. Working in a shift pattern across 7 days a week with a focus on weekends to ensure that the visitor experience is always at a high standard across all areas of the site.

Reporting in to the Visitor Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing several teams of staff including Food & Beverage, Retail, Admissions, Visitor Experience & Housekeeping. Health & Safety & Security of the staff and visitors will be a key area of this role and will include actioning emergency procedures and dealing with first aid incidents.
