Darlington Hippodrome are seeking to recruit a Casual Arts Course Tutor to lead our 13+ Youth Theatre class. As a tutor you will:
- Lead weekly Youth Theatre class sessions
- Develop engaging and welcoming learning environments for participants
- Coordinate workshops with theatre companies and guest practitioners
- Support students in preparing for annual performance opportunities at the Hippodrome or Hullabaloo theatres
- Facilitate participation in external projects such as Youth Theatre Festivals, training programmes and regional and national performances
- Encourage individual creative ideas and help students develop performances around themes they are passionate about
