Darlington Borough Council’s Adult Social Care Service is seeking an experienced Social Worker (Band 10/11) to join the Ongoing Assessment and Intervention Team on a fixed-term basis until 30 September 2027. You will assess, plan and support adults 18+ with complex needs in the Darlington area.

Based at the Town Hall with a mix of home and office-based working, the role demands sound assessment and safeguarding skills, and a commitment to strength-based, multidisciplinary practice to promote.
