Personal Assistant Job Reference Number 1636
A reliable, warm, and patient person is needed to work as a Personal Assistant, providing support to an 18-year-old young person who enjoys keeping busy and making the most of each day.
This role would suit someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time out in the community. The young person enjoys going to the gym and swimming, and would value support from someone who can accompany them, encourage participation, and share in these activities. Having similar interests would be an advantage.
Interests and hobbies include gaming on an Xbox, especially Sonic and Mario, as well as using a Nintendo Switch. Support from someone who shares an interest in gaming would be welcomed. There is also a keen interest in trains, so ideas for travel and opportunities to see trains would be greatly enjoyed.
As the young person currently attends college, support would need to be arranged outside of these hours (9amβ5pm, Monday to Friday). There is flexibility at other times. Transport is available if needed, and they are also happy to use local public transport.
