We’re supporting an innovative engineering organisation in central Cambridge. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys combining deep technical expertise with customer-facing work as you will be leading workshops, running demos and helping engineering teams adopt new technology with confidence.

If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your technical insight directly shapes customer success, this could be an excellent next step. You’ll work closely with sales, product and engineering teams to deliver demonstrations, lead technical evaluations, support onboarding and act as a trusted advisor throughout adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-sales technical engagements, workshops and tailored demos
  • Running technical evaluations and projects
  • Delivering technical presentations, proposals and supporting collateral
  • Guiding customers through onboarding, deployment and adoption
  • Feeding customer insights into product development
  • Representing the organisation at customer meetings and industry events
