Job Description
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Treasury Manager across a wide range of treasury activities, from daily cash management to bank administration. This position offers hands-on involvement in transformation projects aimed at optimising treasury operations, including a Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation. You will be a contact for treasury queries both internal and external.
What will I be doing?

  • Managing daily cash operations including opening positions, allocations, and reconciliations.
  • Providing payment authority for Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts, including currency flows and exposures.
  • Assisting with execution, analysis, and reporting of FX and Money Market investments in line with Treasury Policy.
  • Problem-solving and advising on bank transactions, liaising with AP, Payroll, and AR teams.
  • Leading bank account administration: opening, amending, and closing accounts, and maintaining bank mandates.
  • Overseeing Know Your Customer (KYC) updates and annual refreshes with banking partners to ensure compliance.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives, including treasury’s role in ERP implementation, risk management, and forecasting.
  • Supporting Treasury Committee actions and preparing related documentation.
What experience do I need?
We Are Looking For Someone Who Enjoys Working In a Collaborative And Agile Way And Will Expect To Be Hands On To Deliver Positive Outcomes
  • Keen interest in pursuing an accounting, tax, or treasury qualification.
  • Prior experience in a finance role with exposure to treasury transactions.
  • Proficiency in banking software and ERP systems such as Workday, HSBCnet, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and deliver high-quality outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
