Darktrace is seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to join our in-house Group Tax team in London. You’ll cover group tax reporting and UK corporation tax compliance, and manage outsourced providers across 25+ countries, plus oversee the UK R&D expenditure credit (RDEC) process.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office. You’ll work closely with Finance, Legal, R&D and HR, prepare cash tax forecasts and disclosures, support tax risk governance, and stay up to date
