About this role: As part of a rapidly expanding business, Darktrace’s tax team faces a wide range of tax obligations and issues. Reporting to the Group Senior Tax Manager, the role will assist with global tax compliance and tax statutory reporting in over 20 jurisdictions. This is a hybrid position working two days a week from our London office.
In this role you will be supporting the management of the global calendar, assisting in the preparation and review of indirect tax and corporate income tax returns in over 20 jurisdictions with both the internal tax team and outsource providers. You will also be assisting with:
- Supporting UK corporate tax compliance
- Assisting with consolidated group tax reporting at half year and year end
- Preparing UK and overseas subsidiary account tax notes
- Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing reports and benchmarks
- Supporting the RDEC tax credit claim process
- Supporting the business with ad hoc tax queries
What experience do I need: We are seeking an individual who is experienced in the preparation of UK tax returns and tax analysis either in an in-house or tax audit capacity. A solid background in tax. ATT/CTA accountancy qualified (or part-qualified) is advantageous. Good excel skills and exposure to overseas tax compliance and tax technology (Workday experience preferable) is beneficial. You will also be:
